A new free programme, 'Connect to Work', has launched across Greater Lincolnshire, offering tailored one-to-one support to help individuals facing employment barriers find and maintain suitable jobs.

The 'Connect to Work' programme provides dedicated Employment Specialists who offer personalised guidance throughout an individual's employment journey. This support extends beyond securing a job, helping participants to settle into their roles and ensure long-term employment.
Eligibility for the programme is broad, encompassing individuals facing challenges such as learning disabilities, autism, physical or mental health conditions, caring responsibilities, care-experienced backgrounds, and those with experience of the criminal justice system or homelessness. Refugees, Ukrainian scheme participants, veterans, and individuals dealing with drug or alcohol dependency are also included.
The programme also supports victims and survivors of domestic abuse, young people at risk of serious violence, and victims of modern slavery. Participants do not need to be claiming benefits, and those receiving Universal Credit can join without impacting their payments.
Delivered by Lincolnshire County Council with funding from the UK Government, local delivery partners Centre4, Navigo, and Standguide are providing support throughout North East Lincolnshire.
Individuals interested in the programme can take the first step by completing an online form available at https://lincolnshirectwapi.evolutive.co.uk/form/anonymousform/6aa90c1719779a3f302a4924?&redirecturl=. For further information, email connecttowork@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
