A significant £20 million investment is driving the transformation of Grimsby's historic Alexandra Dock into a vibrant new waterfront housing development, known as 'Alexandra Wharf'.
The former industrial site is being redeveloped by top 10 housebuilder Keepmoat into a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes and apartments. This regeneration project is part of North East Lincolnshire Council’s broader initiative to convert disused industrial land into a central residential area, complete with new green spaces.
In partnership with the council, Keepmoat is delivering 120 homes across various tenures, aiming to preserve the waterfront's connection to the town’s maritime and fishing heritage. The development is designed to offer residents waterside living with convenient access to local amenities and generous outdoor spaces.
